Customers demand maximum quality performance of suppliers. Since 1991 we adapted different food safety standards like ISO, BRC and TPM.
 
we implemented the Customer Satisfaction Index within the organization.  The performance towards customers is constantly being measured with this analytical tool. Also the Customer Satisfication Index is shared with the customer. We are therefore able to consequently improve its performance and fulfill the ambition as a leader in quality.
 
ISO
ISO 14001: 2004 is an environmental management system that allows us to assess and control the environmental impact of its activities, products or services. BRC
The British retail Consortium standard is an English standard based on the codex alimentarius and HACCP systems. It provided a technical standard for generic brands in the retail. Today it has evolved itself to a supplier rating instrument. Since we strive toward the best possible quality and is willing to show this to its customers it was not more then logical to be certified for the BRC.  
 
TPM
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a maintenance program which involves a newly defined concept for maintaining plants and equipment. The goal of the TPM program is to markedly increase production while, at the same time, increasing employee morale and job satisfaction. The TPM program closely resembles the popular Total Quality Management (TQM) program. Many of the same tools such as employee empowerment, benchmarking, documentation, etc. are used to implement and optimize TPM.  TPM in some detail, evaluate its strengths and weaknesses as a maintenance philosophy, and discuss implementation procedures.
